The Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy of BODHI SCHOOL allows you to return,
cancel products ordered from BODHI SCHOOL website www.bodhischool.in on conditions stated below:

• You may choose to return the products within a period of 7 days from the date of delivery of product. In case you return the products within the said period, the amount paid for the product will be refunded to you in accordance with the Refund Policy.
• In the event you receive any damaged or defective product or if the product is significantly different from what was ordered, you do notify us within the aforementioned period of 7 days.

Your right to return the product(s) shall apply exclusively to the products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be made if

• The product has been used; or
• For products that are not in the same condition as when the products were delivered or
• If they have been damaged/ tampered.

You are requested to return the products along with all their original packaging. In any case, you must send the product to be returned together with the receipt/invoice that was received when the product was delivered.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You may cancel your order prior to the product being shipped for delivery. No cancellation is permitted subsequently. If an order has been successfully cancelled, you will be sent a confirmation email or SMS on your email address or mobile number provided to us.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it

for the same item, send us an email at bodhischool.org@gmail.com and send your item to: BODHI SCHOOL, No: 14/1 Pradeepa Nagar Extension, Cheran Maanagar,  Vilankurichi (P.O), Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641 035. India.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: BODHI SCHOOL, No: 14/1 Pradeepa Nagar Extension, Cheran Maanagar, Vilankurichi (P.O), Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641 035. India. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
